GVE are a professional quantity surveying and commercial management consultancy serving many of the UK’s major contractors and specialist subcontractors in construction and civil engineering. We predominantly operate across the South East and London providing services to clients in the building, water, rail, road, power and gas, steel and marine sectors.
We deliver hands-on commercial and contractual support throughout contract lifetimes together with a range of quantity surveying services. We provide pragmatic expert advice, supplementing our clients’ in-house resources and legal teams in avoiding disputes, or when disputes arise or need to be defended. We are able to take full or part control of the commercial management of contracts. Expert in all aspects of NEC and JCT contracts, we work with our clients’ commercial and project management teams providing long-term or short-term support.
GVE Commercial Solutions Limited, along with GVE Commercial Solutions (Building) Limited are a collaboration of construction and contract consultant companies collectively known as GVE Commercial Solutions.
We are based in Maidstone in the South East of England and within close proximity to London.
