Bexhill to Hastings Link Road (A258)

An East Sussex regeneration project involving 5.5km of new road between Bexhill and Hastings. GVE provided a number of quantity surveyors and change managers for administration of subcontract packages and the main contract on a £100m NEC3 road scheme, including 6km of new carriageway and 20 new structures.

 

GVE assisted the client with procurement of subcontractors and change management including preparation, submission and negotiation of compensation event quotations and preparation of cases for adjudication.
